What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery! If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at theflakehomestead@gmail.com. We can usually accommodate requests if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
What happens after I place my order?
You will immediately receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order has been packed and a shipping label created (usually within 1 business day), you will receive a second email containing your tracking number. If you purchased a digital e-book, a download link will be sent to the email you provided.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process orders within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We proudly ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the notification. If your tracking status remains unchanged after 48 hours, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We stand by our products with a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email us at theflakehomestead@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with simple instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Are any items non-returnable?
Due to the nature of our products, all digital downloads (E-BOOKS, guides, printables) are non-refundable once purchased, as they cannot be returned.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed immediately, but it typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original method of payment, depending on your bank.
