What happens after I place my order?
You'll get an email confirmation right away. Once your order is packed and a shipping label is made (usually within 1 business day), a second email brings your tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover, plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away at theflakehomestead@gmail.com. We can usually help if your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Perishables (like food), personal care and beauty products, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us right away. My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after you get the notification. If it hasn't changed after 48 hours, email us and we'll check with the carrier.
